Meet the Storybook Makers!

Meet the Storybook Makers! In-Person

Meet The Storybook Makers is a weekly story hour where young readers embark on literary adventures with real-life authors and illustrators! Each week, children will meet a new guest who brings their book to life through a fun read-aloud, behind-the-scenes insights, and interactive Q&A. After the storytime, children will participate in a hands-on activity inspired by the book’s theme, characters, or illustrations.

Registration is required. There are 13 seats available.

If your child attends Marbletown Elementary, you can sign them up through the school to take the bus to the library for story hour.  A light snack and water will be provided. Parents and Guardians are welcome to attend. We ask that you do not use cell phones in the children's room during story hours. Please feel free to chat with friends in a separate room during story hour.
